Return window: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear and altered or custom-stitched items cannot be returned. Combo-deal items must be returned as a complete set.

How to start a return: WhatsApp us at +91 98920 81099 or email cnc.online19@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the returned item, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, with a confirmation on WhatsApp or email.

Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you raise the request and we will arrange an exchange wherever stock allows.

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no extra cost.
